I love my apartment, and the location is perfect! Super convenient that you can walk to the HEB and the restaurants around ... the area. It's quiet, feels safe, and the complex and its amenities are nice and well-kept. Maintenance is super quick and very polite. They are also very vigilant about parking and towing, which could be inconvenient, but makes the complex feel more secure - as it is downtown. The door locks and garage elevators are broken, which kinda sucks so hopefully they are repaired soon, and it is difficult to reach the office by phone, which can be inconvenient at times, but if you stop by the office, they are always able to quickly help! I have lived here for about 5 months. You can't beat the location. Staff is very helpful. The amenities are amazing, including ... the pool, the gym, the game room and the rooftop deck.
